Return Policy
Beyond Boundaries, we believe in 100% customer service and strive to please all its customers. We always do our best to take care of our valuable customers.
Consumer has the right to return the goods or cancel the purchase order within 30 days from delivery. The return / exchange claim will be answered within 5 working days from receiving the goods back from the consumer.
In case of return because of goods within waranty, the preferred way of handling the return is goods replacement or repair. If goods replacement or repair is not possible (for example for reason of goods are no longer produced) then the consumer shall be reimbursed 100% of the purchase price upon the goods return.
In case of claim to exchange the goods for a different size (e.g. apparel size) and the new size is not available on stock, the consumer shall be informed of possible timing of delivery of the exchanged goods. In case the delivery time would be longer than usual (for example goods are out of stock and next production schedule is not immediate) and the consumer does not accept such delivery time, the consumer shall be reimbursed 100% of the purchase price upon the goods return.
The consumer has the right to ask for goods replacement for a different type of goods from the same manufacturer, however the goods must be of the same purchase price. If the purchase prices of the returned and newly ordered goods are different, the case will be handled as goods return with 100% purchase price return and the consumer shall place a new order for the other goods.
In the unlikely event of any product that you have purchased is damaged or incorrect then you may return your product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to Beyond Boundaries in a resalable & unused condition. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories or free gifts within 30 days from the day it was delivered.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Sale Items:
Items which are part of any sale/offer cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
